Research and foundation
The regions' rules and forms studied, then the API, the web app and tests on three devices.

TidFai handles time reports for locum doctors and other healthcare staff hired through staffing agencies. The shift is planned and stamped, and the report follows the region's rules. Three parties sign it before it becomes an invoice or a salary.
A locum doctor's week mixes ordinary shifts, jour and beredskap across care units. The time report is often a regional paper form with its own factors, and it needs three signatures before anyone can be paid.
Regions use their own time report forms, filled in by hand and signed with a pen.
Active and passive time, factors like ×2,0 and ×0,25, and rounding per started half hour.
The consultant, the care unit and the agency must sign, in that order, before anything is invoiced.
After signing, someone still writes the invoice or runs payroll with the employer declaration.
We built TidFai so the agency plans the assignment, the consultant stamps the time and the report is computed with the region's compensation model. It is signed with BankID in three steps and becomes an invoice or a payslip, with Fortnox and Skatteverket at the end.
Compensation models with versions compute factor hours live, checked against a real week from a Jämtland form.
The consultant signs, the unit signs from a link without an account, and the agency signs last.
Approved reports become an invoice with OCR and a bank QR code, or a payslip with AGI and a bank file.
Payroll, received invoices and the region's underlag are posted to Fortnox, with corrections as reversals.
Day one went to the regions' rules and the foundation. Day two built identity, schedule, time, signing, invoices, payroll and Fortnox. Day three added the overviews, the app support, the unit portal and self sign-up.
The regions' rules and forms studied, then the API, the web app and tests on three devices.
Sign-in with personnummer, agencies and consultants, compensation models, the planner, stamping and the live time report.
BankID signing in three steps, invoices with OCR, payroll with AGI and bank files, Fortnox, and the first deploy.
Overviews and help, support for the mobile app, a portal for care units, bank file matching and self sign-up.
TidFai runs at app.tidfai.se. The whole chain is built and tested, from the planner to the employer declaration, and the first agencies are next.
