Stamping, kiosk and history
Sign-in for every role, one-tap stamping, a kiosk for a shared tablet, and edits saved with their history.

LogFai is a free time clock with BankID for Swedish workplaces. Staff clock in on the web, on their phone or at a tablet by the entrance. The employer gets hours, attestation and a staff register that is ready for Skatteverket.
Many small workplaces still keep the staff register on paper or in a shared spreadsheet. Anyone can write down a colleague's name, and a correction leaves no trace. When Skatteverket comes to inspect, the owner has to piece the day together by hand.
The register lay by the till. Anyone could write a colleague's name, and nobody could show who was really there.
When the time comes from the phone, a stamp can say 08:00 even if the person arrived at 08:40.
A changed time simply replaced the old one. Afterwards nobody knew what was changed, by whom or why.
When Skatteverket asked for the register, the owner had to collect notes, chats and exports from several places.
We built LogFai as one web app for staff, employers and a shared kiosk. Every stamp gets its time from the server and is approved with Mobile BankID, so nobody can clock in for someone else. Corrections are saved as new rows with who, when and why.
Each stamp in or out is approved with Mobile BankID. Staff without BankID approve with their own sign-in, or with a code at the kiosk.
The time is taken from the server at the tap. Location is read once, at the stamp, never in the background.
Nothing is deleted. Every change is a new row with who, when, before, after and why, and the stamp chain is sealed every night.
The staff register shows each workplace and day with every correction. Print it, save a PDF or export a CSV, also from the kiosk.
Two weeks from an approved plan to a live system. We started with the stamp itself, the part people use every day, and built the kiosk, BankID, attestation and the staff register around it.
Sign-in for every role, one-tap stamping, a kiosk for a shared tablet, and edits saved with their history.
BankID approval by QR code and on the phone, the LogFai brand, and the first live release at app.logfai.com.
Shifts from ScheduleFai, open shifts, browser push notices, SMS codes and requests for time.
The Skatteverket report with a hash-chain check, Personalkollen import, shift swaps and the kiosk as an installable app.
LogFai runs at app.logfai.com and is free, however many people work there. The employer sees who is working right now, attests the month and prints the staff register when Skatteverket visits. It shares staff and sign-in with ScheduleFai, so planned shifts and stamped hours meet in one place.
